Vhailor is the Captain of the Watch of the gates to Sigil Prison. He is a menacing figure grasping at the Mercykiller credo in order to find any semblance of meaning in his cursed, undying state as a curst. As such, he is utterly dedicated to the ideal of justice and refuses to believe any of his brethren would act against this shared value. In the past long-forgotten, Vhailor used to be a knight of the watch in some prime world which eventually brought his curse on him as the whole kingdom was brought to ruin by the evil cultists of Orcus. Vhailor managed to make his way to the planes through the planar rift which was opened and eventually made his way to Sigil after wandering through the Abyss for almost a century.
